Support us this Christmas!
We are so grateful to everyone who is looking to partner with us to support local people in crisis! This year we have seen a huge rise in demand and also a significant decrease in the food donations we receive. We provide nutritionally-balanced emergency food to people in crisis who have been referred to a food bank. We also work with a network of care professionals and in partnership with Citizens Advice to provide signposting and support to services so that individuals no longer need to use a food bank. We can only continue to do this with the support of the community and with the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic and cost of living crisis, the need for support is greater than ever before.

How does it work?
Fill a box or a few bags with one item each day, ticking them off as you go, and at the end of the 24 days drop it off at your local Foodbank Collection Point. You can do this on your own, with your family, or why not get your workplace, school or church involved? You can choose when you do your 24 days, but we’d love you to drop off your donations by 15th December.

VOLUNTEER
In the run up to Christmas we have volunteering opportunities with Foodbank. Below are links to each of the options with a description of what each activity would involve and also a place for individuals to sign up. We’d love to have you! ONE DONATION, TWICE THE IMPACT: DONATE TO OUR WINTER APPEAL
Double your financial donation to North Bristol and South Glos Foodbank in the Big Give’s Christmas Challenge. We are aiming to raise £26,000 in just 1 week!
From 28th November- 5th December, all donations will be generously matched by The Together Fund and other generous supporters, meaning your money can support twice as many people. In order to access the £13,000 we have in the matching pot, we need to raise £13,000 in online donations. We hope everyone will give generously to help us reach our target and enable us to support those in need in our community with food and advice over the winter months.
