Christmas is a busy time for many of us, and we want you to know exactly when our food bank outlets and office will be open over the holiday period. If you have a referral, please check the times below before you travel so you know where you can get support.
Office hours (286 Filton Avenue, Horfield)
- Open as usual until 12pm on Wednesday 24th December
- Closed 25th–28th December
- Email and phone lines open 29th–31st December, office closed
- Closed 1st January
- Email and phone lines open 2nd January
- Office fully open again from 5th January
Christmas food donations
If you want your Christmas-themed donations to reach people before Christmas, please get them to us by Friday 5th December. Donations made after this date will most likely be given out in the New Year.
Week beginning Monday 22nd December
Tuesday 23rd December:
Mangotsfield: 10am–12pm
Redcliffe: 12pm–2pm
Yate: 1pm–4pm
Horfield: 12:30pm–3pm
Closed all week: Lockleaze, Patchway, Southmead, Stokes Croft, and Thornbury.
Week beginning Monday 29th December
Tuesday 30th December:
Yate: 1pm–4pm
Wednesday 31st December:
Redcliffe: 12pm–2pm
Thursday 1st January:
Patchway: 10am–12pm
Friday 2nd January:
Mangotsfield: 10am–12pm
Stokes Croft: 1pm–3pm
Thornbury: 1:30pm–4pm
