Gifts in wills are one of the most powerful ways to support our food bank's future, helping ensure no one in our community goes hungry for generations to come.
A lasting gift to keep us all connected
Why write a will?
Writing a will gives you the assurance that your estate and the
assets you leave behind will be managed properly when you
pass away. It guarantees that your loved ones and the causes
you hold most dear can receive the gifts and inheritance you
have entitled them to.

Follow these four easy steps to begin making your will:
Find a solicitor nearby
Contacting a local solicitor may be the easiest way to draft or update your Will. Search 'Law Society' online, go to solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk or call: 020 7320 5650.
Appoint your executors
These executors will carry out the instructions of your Will and can be family, friends, legal advisers.
Consider supporting causes you love
After considering your loved ones, you may also want to support causes that matter to you. If this includes us - thank you.
Make a copy of your Will
Please also make sure someone knows where the original is kept. Your legal adviser will often store it for free, or you can use the Probate Registry or National Wills Register.
