South Gloucestershire Drug & Alcohol Service provides free, confidential help for anyone in South Gloucestershire who is struggling with their use of drugs or alcohol. They begin with an initial assessment to understand your situation, then offer tailored support such as one-to-one sessions, structured group programmes (including abstinence support and mutual aid), harm-reduction advice (such as needle exchange and naloxone training), substitution therapy and preparation for detox.
They also work across local hubs (such as Kingswood, Yate, Patchway) and in community settings so you can access help where you live, and the service welcomes self-referral as well as referrals from other agencies.
