FamilyLine is a free, confidential helpline service for adults (aged 18 +) worrying about any aspect of family life. They provide support via phone, text, email and live chat from Monday to Friday, offering a safe space to talk about relationship conflict, caring responsibilities, financial stress, parenting challenges or past trauma.
Beyond immediate emotional listening, they can connect you to short-term counselling, virtual befriending or refer you into other specialist services when needed.
