Bristol Mind are a local independent charity serving adults in Bristol and South Gloucestershire who are experiencing emotional distress or mental-health challenges.
They run a confidential helpline (“Mind Line”) open Wednesdays to Sundays 7 pm-11 pm for anyone needing to talk through their feelings without judgement.
They provide low-cost or subsidised one-to-one counselling through their “Meeting Minds” service, including tailored counselling for LGBTQIA+ adults, neuro-divergent individuals and young adults aged 18-25.
They also run community-wellbeing projects for people from minoritised groups and offer workplace training in mental-health awareness, aiming to make support timely, inclusive and accessible.
