Reception & Administration Support
North Bristol & South Glos Foodbank is part of a community working to ensure no one has to face hunger. We provide emergency food and support for people in hardship, while working with partners to reduce the need for food banks in the long term.
Job Purpose: to act as a first point of contact and to provide administration support across the charity
Reports to: Foodbank Manager
Team: Part of the wider food bank staff team, supporting colleagues across operations, logistics, warehouse, volunteering, and client-facing services
Fixed Term: 12 month contract, with the possibility of being extended or becoming permanent
Salary: £26,300 (pro-rata depending on hours)
Hours: 37.5 hours a week; 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work or evening meetings
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: North Bristol & South Glos Foodbank Office, 286 Filton Avenue, Horfield, Bristol, BS7 0BA, with some attendance at other project locations including our warehouse
