About our foodbank
Here is an introduction to our project.
Our foodbank is a project founded by Ebenezer Church and Filton Community Church, working together towards stopping hunger in our local area. It grew further since the launch in August 2012 to have five foodbank outlets across North Bristol and South Gloucestershire. In September 2019 Yate and Chipping Sodbury Foodbank merged with North Bristol Foodbank. We adopted their three outlets, improving the foodbank coverage over North Bristol and South Gloucestershire. In the following year we then opened a new outlet in Stokes Croft, taking our total number of outlets to nine.
