- !Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a large, deep, oven-proof dish with a little butter, or line with tin foil.
- !Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a chopped onion and crushed garlic and cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Then add the tuna and tomatoes, and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
- !Spoon the tuna mixture evenly into the tortillas, then roll them up to enclose the filling. Place, seam side down, in the prepared dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
