Tuna Burritos

    Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a large, deep, oven-proof dish with a little butter, or line with tin foil.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a chopped onion and crushed garlic and cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Then add the tuna and tomatoes, and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through.

    Spoon the tuna mixture evenly into the tortillas, then roll them up to enclose the filling. Place, seam side down, in the prepared dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
