  • Paella seasoning kit
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Chilli powder

You can use normal rice – just cook as per the packet instructions first.

Method

    In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the garlic and onion and gently cook until transparent.

    Add rice; cook, stiring until lightly browned.
  • !
    Add remaining ingredients; including any flavour boosters* bring to a boil.
