Top tip:

For a flavour booster, add herbs such as rosemary, thyme, bay or sage. You can always make it cheesy mash by adding a handful on top before cooking!

Method

    Preheat oven to gas mark 7 / 200°C.

    Cook the instant mash according to the instructions on the back of the packet.

    In the bottom of a dish, combine vegetables, meat and any flavour boosters*.
