  • Chilli or fajita spice mix
  • Cumin 2-3 teaspoons
  • Paprika 2-3 teaspoons
  • Chilli powder 1-2 teaspoons

Try serving with a big handful of grated cheese and a blob of natural yoghurt or sour cream. It also tastes delicious with tortilla chips!

Method

    In a large pan with a lid, cook the onion and garlic in oil until tender.
  • !
    Stir in all remaining ingredients including any flavour boosters* and bring to a boil.
  • !
    Reduce heat, then cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes.
