  • Curry spice mix
  • Cumin 1 teaspoons
  • Curry powder 3 teaspoons
  • Ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped fresh chilli or dry chilli flakes

Don’t worry if you don’t have all the spices – just use what you have. If you make it too spicy, enjoy with a dollop of plain natural yoghurt.

    Chop the onions and finely chop/crush the garlic. Fry these in oil/ spread until the onion starts to go translucent.

    Add any spices/ seasoning* and fry together for around a minute.
  • !
    Add the beans and tomatoes.
