Flavour boosters:
- Curry spice mix
- Cumin 1 teaspoons
- Curry powder 3 teaspoons
- Ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh chilli or dry chilli flakes
Don’t worry if you don’t have all the spices – just use what you have. If you make it too spicy, enjoy with a dollop of plain natural yoghurt.
